Reviews and Ratings <br />
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I booked was overbooked, and my family ended up cramped in a tiny studio instead of a one-bedroom apartment. The staff didn't apologize for the mix-up, and the compensation offered was not adequate considering we paid a premium price during school holidays. We did enjoy the resort's nice pools and kid-friendly facilities, but overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth, especially for a family vacation.
The resort has a lot to offer for families with kids, especially the water park, which is a highlight. However, there are areas that need maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. The rooms are a bit run-down and not as spacious as expected, along with some hidden fees for additional beds. Overall, it’s a decent stay for families, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
Staying at this resort had its ups and downs. While the accommodations were spacious and nicely presented, the dining options left much to be desired, especially given the high prices. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the rooms could use significant attention, which detracted from the experience. It’s a family-friendly spot with plenty of activities, but be ready to look elsewhere for meals.
I had a great stay at this resort with my family, enjoying the waterpark and playground which were perfect for the kids. The location is fantastic for exploring the Sunshine Coast, but I was slightly let down by the limited Wi-Fi and the infrequent room servicing. Overall, it was a fun family getaway with some room for improvement.
This resort caters wonderfully to families, boasting fantastic amenities like a water park and mini golf that keep the kids entertained. Our room was cozy and very clean, though a bit smaller than anticipated. While some staff were friendly, our dining experience left much to be desired due to inconsistency in service and quality. Overall, it's a great family getaway, though there are areas for improvement, particularly in dining.
