Fantastic Facilities for Kids

We stayed here with our 9 and 5 year old kids and had a fantastic time in the pool and water park. The 2 bedroom villa was great in terms of space and layout. The kids loved the water park - it was heated and superb! However, the second bedroom wasn't air conditioned and was quite hot, which would stop us from staying here in summer.

Pleasant Dining Experience

The restaurant had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a takeaway menu. The flexibility for takeaway was a great service for the resort. However, I did find the meals to be a bit pricey for the quality. Overall, it was a nice dining option while we enjoyed our stay.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I booked was overbooked, and my family ended up cramped in a tiny studio instead of a one-bedroom apartment. The staff didn't apologize for the mix-up, and the compensation offered was not adequate considering we paid a premium price during school holidays. We did enjoy the resort's nice pools and kid-friendly facilities, but overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth, especially for a family vacation.
